Many players who contact our support team are actually dealing with simple login issues they could resolve on their own. This article is here to help you understand the kiss891 login process from A to Z — so you don't have to wait on a support response for something you can sort out yourself in just a few minutes.
Login via Web Browser
The most basic way to log in to kiss891 is through a web browser on your computer or phone. Type kiss891.pro in the address bar, click the "Login" button at the top of the page, then enter your username and password. The whole process takes less than 30 seconds if you remember your login details. For the smoothest experience, we recommend using Chrome, Firefox, or Safari updated to the latest version.
Login via Mobile App
For players who prefer playing on their phone — which is the majority of our players — the kiss891 app delivers a faster and more secure login experience compared to a web browser. You can download the app from the Download After installation, you can save your login details in the app using the "Remember Me" feature for automatic login next time.
The kiss891 App is available for Android (direct APK) and iOS devices. Android users must enable installation from unknown sources in their phone settings before installing the kiss891 APK. This is a standard step for any gambling app that cannot be published on mainstream app stores in Malaysia.
Login via OTP — Passwordless Option
Forgotten your password? No problem. kiss891 supports login via OTP (One-Time Password) sent to your registered mobile number. Click "Login via Phone OTP", enter your phone number, and you will receive a 6-digit code within seconds. This code is only valid for 5 minutes, so make sure you use it promptly.
📱 Changed Your Phone Number? If you have changed your phone number and can no longer receive OTPs to your old number, contact our support team via Live Chat. You will be asked to go through a brief identity verification before your new number can be updated in the system.
Common Login Issues
The most commonly reported issue by players is a forgotten password. It's very straightforward — click the "Forgot password?" link and follow the instructions to reset your password via OTP to your registered phone number. The process takes less than 2 minutes.
Another fairly common issue is a temporarily locked account after several consecutive failed login attempts. This is a security feature we have enabled to protect your account from unauthorised login attempts. Wait 15 minutes and try again, or contact support to unlock your account immediately.
✅ Password Security: We recommend using a unique password for your kiss891 account — not the same password as your email or social media. A strong password contains at least 8 characters with a mix of uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols.
Login from a New Device
Every time you log in from a different device or location, our security system may request additional verification via OTP. This is an extra security layer that ensures only you can access your account, even if your password has been exposed to others. Once verification is successful, you can mark that device as a "trusted device" to avoid repeated verification in the future.
